The location was very convenient. It was not far from the main train station and the lake. My room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
It might not feel like a safe neighborhood for female travelers. Some of the furnishings looked battered or needed cleaning. I also noticed the front of the hotel was rather off-putting, not what I would expect.

the room had a nespresso coffee machine, I liked that water and snacks were topped up daily. THE skyline view from our fifth-floor bedroom included the Alps.
the hotel room had sliding doors, but they made a slight noise when moved.

The hotel's location made sightseeing simple. I could walk to main attractions. The room had air conditioning, which I appreciated in the summer. I found the staff helpful with directions. The lobby offered complimentary drinks and snacks, a detail I liked.

The hotel is located near the train station. It made arrival easy. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, a very convenient detail. The proximity to the lake is also a definite benefit.
